Hi everyone. We are Maria and Marcus, and we’d like to welcome you to Rock Meadow, our beautiful home in the foothills of the Black Mountains, rural Herefordshire. We are a storyteller and a yoga instructor, and parents to Freyja and Harmony.
Rock Meadow is a place to come to discover stories, practice yoga, grow vegetables, slow down, dip your feet in the brook, and dream up new ways of being.
Come along to one of our workshops, community days, join Maria’s weekly yoga classes, stay in the gypsy caravan or ask us about running your own workshop or retreat in the yurt.
