Yoga at Rock Meadow

Maria is our resident Yoga guru. She has 2 decades of experience practicing and teaching yoga, in her native Colombia, around South America, India and the UK.

Maria runs weekly classes in Rock Meadow yurt, as well as individual and private group classes, which can be organised on request.
